What gets filled
Personal details (first and last name, email, phone, city, country, postal code), links (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio, website), and the standard eligibility questions (authorised to work, needs sponsorship, willing to relocate). Fields are matched by label, placeholder, field name, autocomplete attribute and the data-automation attributes Workday and other enterprise ATSes use. Pro adds work history and education: up to five roles and three schools from your primary CV, entered into the repeating sections that Workday, Greenhouse and Lever use, one block at a time so React-controlled forms register each value.
What never gets filled
Voluntary self-identification (gender, race, veteran status, disability) is always left to you. Date of birth and government ID fields are never filled. A value you already typed is never overwritten. The extension shows what it is about to fill and fills on your click, not silently on page load.
Attaching your CV
On Pro, the dock on an application page has an Attach CV control. Clicking it fetches your stored CV through a short-lived signed link and hands it to the page's file input the way a drag-and-drop would, so the form sees a normal upload. The original file lives in private storage tied to your account; the extracted text is what the AI tools read.
Then the tracking
Autofill is the first half. When you submit, the extension records the application - role, company, location, description, source, date - and the tracker takes over: reminders, a timeline, automatic Ghosted after a silence you choose, analytics by source. Applications you fill by hand are recorded exactly the same way; tracking is triggered by the submission, not by autofill.
