What is tracked out of the box
LinkedIn including Easy Apply and Indeed, including it.indeed.com, are supported by default. Employer career sites on Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Teamtailor, Personio, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Lever and the other applicant tracking systems on the supported list are covered too.
InfoJobs and other Italian boards
InfoJobs and agency portals are not built in. The extension popup has an opt-in all-websites mode that asks for permission once, then applies the same submission tracking and autofill on any site, including those. It is off by default. Boards are promoted to built-in support based on what people actually use, so tell us which one you rely on.
Selection processes that take months
Italian hiring often runs through several interviews, an HR screen and long gaps between rounds. Every application gets a timeline where you log each round, who you met and when, plus a follow-up reminder. Applications that go quiet move to Ghosted after a period you choose, so the board only shows what is still live. In a Supabase-hosted database in the United States. It is never sold and can be exported as CSV or deleted with your account at any time.
