What is tracked out of the box

SEEK, Indeed including au.indeed.com, LinkedIn including Easy Apply, and Glassdoor Australia are supported by default. So are employer career sites on Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Oracle and the other applicant tracking systems on the supported list.

Jora, PageUp and government portals

Jora, sites built on PageUp, APS Jobs and state government job boards are not built in. The extension popup has an opt-in all-websites mode that asks for permission once, then applies the same submission tracking and autofill on any site, including those. It is off by default. Selection criteria responses are yours to write, but the AI tools can help: STAR stories built from your CV map well onto them.

Keeping a long search organised

Every application gets a timeline where you log each round, who you met and when, plus a follow-up reminder. Applications that go quiet move to Ghosted after a period you choose, so the board only shows what is live. Conversion analytics show your response, interview and offer rates and, on Pro, which board those came from - useful for deciding whether SEEK or LinkedIn is worth your evenings.

Yes. SEEK is one of the boards the extension runs on by default; an application is recorded when you submit it, not when you view the ad.

Does it work with Jora or APS Jobs?

Through the opt-in all-websites mode, yes. Neither is a built-in board, so turn that mode on in the extension popup first.

Where is my data stored?

With an established cloud provider in the United States. It is never sold and can be exported as CSV or deleted with your account at any time.
