What is tracked out of the box
LinkedIn including Easy Apply, Indeed including de.indeed.com, and Glassdoor Germany are supported by default. So are the systems German employers actually use: Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Workday, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever and the other applicant tracking systems on the supported list.
StepStone, XING and the Arbeitsagentur
StepStone, XING and the Arbeitsagentur job board are not built in. The extension popup has an opt-in all-websites mode that asks for permission once, then applies the same submission tracking and autofill on any site, including those. It is off by default. Boards are promoted to built-in support based on what people actually use, so tell us which one you rely on.
Anschreiben and interviews in German
The interface is in English and French, but the AI tools follow the language of your CV and the posting: upload a German Lebenslauf and the cover letter (Anschreiben), interview questions and STAR stories come back in German. Every application gets a timeline for each round - phone screen, Fachgespräch, final interview - plus a follow-up reminder, and applications that go quiet move to Ghosted after a period you choose.
