Why one board's own list is never enough
LinkedIn shows you the jobs you applied to on LinkedIn. Indeed shows you Indeed. Neither knows about the other, and neither knows about the ATS the application was actually submitted through, which is where most of them end up. Keeping the real picture means either a spreadsheet you maintain by hand or a tracker that watches every source at once.
The boards
LinkedIn including Easy Apply, Indeed and its country sites, Glassdoor and its country domains, ZipRecruiter, Monster, Dice, SimplyHired, CareerBuilder, Built In, Wellfound, Google Careers, Handshake, Welcome to the Jungle, Otta and Jobgether - plus SEEK in Australia and New Zealand, Reed and Totaljobs in the UK, and Naukri in India.
The systems the applications actually land in
Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, iCIMS, Oracle Taleo, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Jobvite, JazzHR, Breezy HR, Teamtailor, Recruitee, Personio, ADP Workforce Now, Eightfold, Phenom People, Paylocity, UKG, Pinpoint, Rippling, Avature and IBM BrassRing. These are detected from the embedded system rather than the web address, so a company careers page running Greenhouse underneath its own domain is tracked like any other.
What gets saved, and what does not
On submit: the role, company, location, description, source and date, marked Applied. Browsing a listing never creates a record - only submitting one does. From there every application shares the same pipeline regardless of which site it came from, so reminders, the per-job timeline, interview rounds, automatic Ghosted after a silence you set, and analytics by source all work across the whole search rather than per board.
Something not on the list
The extension popup has an opt-in all-websites mode. It asks for permission, then applies the same tracking and autofill anywhere, which covers a career page built on something bespoke. It is off by default. Boards get promoted to built-in support based on what people actually use.

Frequently asked questions
How many job boards does Apptracka support?
More than forty job boards and applicant tracking systems have built-in support, and the opt-in all-websites mode covers anything else.
Does it track applications I submit through a company career page?
Yes, when that page runs one of the supported applicant tracking systems underneath - which most do. Detection is based on the embedded system, not the domain.
Do I have to tell it which site I am on?
No. The extension recognises the site and the submission on its own; there is nothing to switch on per board.
Which browsers does the extension support?
Chrome, Edge, Brave and other Chromium browsers. The web app itself works in any browser.
