What is tracked out of the box

Indeed, including ca.indeed.com, LinkedIn including Easy Apply, and Glassdoor Canada are supported by default. So are employer career sites on Workday, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, UKG and the other applicant tracking systems on the supported list - which covers most large Canadian employers and the US companies hiring remotely into Canada.

Job Bank, Workopolis and government portals

Job Bank, Workopolis and provincial or federal public-service portals are not built in. The extension popup has an opt-in all-websites mode that asks for permission once, then applies the same submission tracking and autofill on any site, including those. It is off by default. Boards are promoted to built-in support based on what people actually use, so tell us which one you rely on.

English or French

The whole interface - web app and extension - is available in English and French, and you can switch at any time. The AI tools follow the language of your resume and the posting, so a French CV gets a French cover letter and interview prep back. Autofill answers the repeated questions - contact details, links, work authorisation and sponsorship - from a profile you save once.

With an established cloud provider in the United States. It is never sold and can be exported as CSV or deleted with your account at any time.
